This page explains how fees work on FetchExpress and how you pay. FetchExpress is an on-demand delivery and errand service operated by Gap Linker, Inc. We show your full total before you confirm, so there are no hidden charges. This is a working draft, provided for review only, and it is not yet legally binding.
How delivery fees are calculated
Delivery fees are calculated per order based on the distance, the service type, and the rates set for your location. Every fee is shown in full before you confirm your order.
There are no hidden charges. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
Service categories
Pricing is set per location by the operator who runs the hub in your area, so rates can differ from one city to another.
FetchExpress supports the following service categories:
- Pabili: we buy the items you need and deliver them to you.
- Pasugo: we run an errand on your behalf.
- Padala: we deliver a package from one point to another.
- Ride: point-to-point transport.
- Grocery: grocery shopping and delivery.
- Merchant orders: orders fulfilled from a partner store.
Accepted payment methods
You can pay online through our payment processor, Xendit, or with cash on delivery. Online payment options include:
- GCash
- Maya
- GrabPay
- Credit or debit card
- QR Ph
- Cash on delivery
Your total at checkout
Before you confirm an order, we show you the full amount you will pay, including the delivery fee and, for buy-for-me orders, the cost of the goods.
You always review and confirm the total before any payment is taken.
