Operator questions

  • Do hub operators pay anything?

    No. FetchExpress is free for operators to use. We do not charge you to run your operation here. You set the price, the service area, and the rules. We do not take over your business.

  • Can I operate multiple Hubs?

    Yes. Multiple Hubs are allowed, provided each Hub independently complies with all documentary and regulatory requirements.

  • How does FetchExpress make money from my operations?

    On every order, the customer pays a small platform convenience fee of ₱8 to ₱15 on top of the total. We do not take commission on your order revenue. We do not charge you a subscription.

  • Can I run pabili, taxi, and errands all on one hub?

    Yes. You decide which categories your hub supports. Pabili, padala, pasugo, grocery, rides, errands. Whatever your members can do, your hub can offer.

  • Can I set my own pricing?

    Yes. Pricing is yours. The platform records the agreed amount on each booking but does not dictate rates.

  • Which government bodies do you coordinate with?

    We work with LGUs and transport authorities so your operation is recognized, not tolerated. Coordination grows as we expand into each region.

  • How do I onboard riders?

    Riders apply through FetchExpress to your hub. They submit ID and documents through the platform flow, and you review and accept. Verification happens on your behalf.

  • What happens if I want to stop?

    You can deactivate your hub. Members move to unassigned and can apply to other hubs. There are no contracts and no exit fees.
